WHITE KIMCHI

cabbage

1 cabbage

1 radish,

3 red peppers

3 green pepper

1 cup carrot

1 Korean pear

2 thick slices of radish

1 onion

3 tbs minced garlic

1/2 cup cooking Wine Mirin

2 tbs Fish Sauce

2 tbs Palm sauce

1 cup rice pudding ( Glutinous Rice Flour)

1 Cup +1/2 tbsp coarse salt

FIRSTLY,

Cut the cabbage in half and divide it into two with your hand. Divide the cabbage in half again in the same way. There will be 4 pieces in total. Wash and sprinkle salt between the cabbage leaves and let it sit for 2 hours. Soak it in the water with salt and turn occasionally. After 2 hours wash them.

SECOND,

1 pear, 2 pieces radish, 1 onion, 1/2 cooking wine , 2 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp palm sauce, 1 cup glutinous rice pudding, 2 tbsp coarse salt.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and strain the water through a thin cloth..

THIRD,

Slice the 3 Red pepper, 3 green pepper thinly.

Slice 1 cup carrots to the same size.

Stuff the mixture between the washed cabbage leaves and place in the kimchi bowl.

Pour the water you prepared over it.

Leave outside for about 1 week. When air bubbles form inside, put it in the refrigerator.
